Heritage & The Science of the Warrior Body

Bridging historical origins, neural science, and physical transformation.

Pallava Dynasty Heritage

These ancient forms have survived since the 4th-century Pallava Dynasty, a kingdom renowned for its valor and fitness.

The 108-Count Activation

Each movement in Meipadam is performed for exactly 108 counts. This precision activates and strengthens 108 specific nerves in the central nervous system.

Neurological Balance

The practice is designed to activate both the left and right sides of the brain simultaneously.

The Warrior Blueprint

Based on the principles of Anga Shastra, training aims for a genetically proportional structure in height, chest, and bone.

The 64 Angalakshanas

There are 64 total Angalakshanas (warrior traits); completing just 8 of these transforms the practitioner’s physical appearance into that of a warrior.

Physiological Uniqueness

Unlike other fitness forms, this neuro-muscular combination ensures oxygen and blood circulate evenly to every part of the body.

Advanced Disciplines & Internal Mastery

Combat Curriculum

Training includes a specific set of warrior techniques: strikes, kicks, grappling, and evasive maneuvers.

Weaponry & Conditioning

Kalaripayattu training emphasizes physical strength and agility through specialized body conditioning, flexibility drills, and weapon practice.

Internal Elemental Balance

Through Siddhamuthra, students learn to balance the five elements within the human body. This process is designed to eradicate ailments caused by internal imbalances.

Specialized Breathing

Training incorporates Kshathriya Pranayama, a specific warrior breathing technique used during Meipadam and Karalakattai to connect breath, body, and focus.

Ullsuttru World Record

Aasan Rathi holds the world record for performing the Ullsuttru 1612 times within 30 minutes, achieved on 12.12.2023.

Mastery Credentials

Her expertise is backed by certifications from Jothi Silambam Kshakthiriya Gurukulam under Master Jothi Kannan and a residential program at Agasthyam Kalaripayattu, Trivandrum.
